An audio guestbook is a fun and memorable alternative to a traditional guestbook. Instead of writing a message, guests pick up a vintage-style phone and leave a voicemail with their thoughts, memories, advice, or well-wishes. It's personal, candid, and makes for a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.

How does the audio guestbook work?

It’s simple!

  1. Guests pick up the phone and hear your custom pre-recorded greeting.

  2. After the beep, they leave their message.

  3. Messages are automatically saved and professionally compiled for you after the event.

What's included in a rental?

Each rental includes:

✅ Custom pre-recorded greeting (you record it or we help)
✅ Unlimited recordings
✅ Delivery & pickup (within Rogue Valley area)
✅ Edited digital file with all messages after your event
✅ Optional add-ons like phonebooth enclosures, signage, or flash drives

Do you offer phonebooths?

Yes! We offer stylish, freestanding phonebooths that can be set up indoors or outdoors. They add a unique visual element to your event and encourage more guests to interact with the phone.

How long is the rental?

Standard rentals are for 24 hours, but we can accommodate longer events or multiple-day rentals. Just let us know what you need!

How do I get my recordings?

Within 1–2 weeks after your event, we’ll send you a digital download link with all the voicemail files, fully edited and organized. You can also request a keepsake USB flash drive.

How far do you travel?

We serve the entire Rogue Valley including Medford, Ashland, Grants Pass, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. Events outside this area may incur a travel fee.
